Thanks for being a good neighbor!

The dues for both the neighborhood and security associations are listed below. After clicking on the applicable link at the bottom of the page, you can pay the dues online. Of course, you are still welcome to mail your payment to the association’s P.O. Box if you prefer.

Below are the membership levels:

Annual Dues as “Heritage Member” $500

This includes a tax-deductible donation to CH-EH Improvement, Inc. (a 501.c.3 corporation) of $475. Membership will be denoted by ◊◊◊◊ in the next directory.

Annual Dues as “Historic Member” $250

This includes a tax-deductible donation to CH-EH Improvement, Inc. (a 501.c.3 corporation) of $225. Membership will be denoted by ◊◊◊ in the next directory.

Annual Dues as “Heights Member” $150

This includes a tax-deductible donation of $125. Membership will be denoted by ◊◊ in the next directory.

Annual Dues as “Heirloom Member” $100

This includes a tax-deductible donation of $75. Membership will be denoted by ◊ in the next directory.

A $25 fee supports the CH-EH directory, mailings, the new-neighbor welcome packets and other direct business expenses of the association and supports our neighborhood activities like the Easter Egg Hunt, July 4th, Oktoberfest, progressive parties, etc.

Please note that all residents of the CH-EH neighborhood, renters as well as owners, are invited to join the association. The voice and participation of all our neighbors are important to the association.
